SHERRY CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. sherry
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Green sugar

Mix all ingredients, except egg white and green sugar. Roll 1/8 inch thick, cut with small Christmas tree cutter, put on cookie sheet, brush with egg white. Sprinkle with green sugar and bake for about 10 minutes, 400 degrees. Makes 48 cookies.
