2-3 lb. beef round 6 med. carrots 6 med. potatoes 6 sm. onions 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans cream of celery soup 2 env. brown gravy mix 3/4-1 c. water Salt & pepper 3 whole cloves Bay leaf Cut meat in 1 inch cubes. Cut carrots and potatoes in halves or quarters. Mix meat and vegetables in ungreased baking pan and spread to edges of pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables in pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake 3 hours at 325 degrees. |
