BLOW-OUT COOKIES | |
2 c. sifted all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter, room temperature 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c. sugar 1 lg. egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts 3/4 c. chopped frozen miniature peanut butter cups (12) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat peanut butter and butter until fluffy. Add sugars and beat until light and smooth. Add egg and beat about 3 minutes. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour mixture and beat thoroughly. Sprinkle milk over mixture and beat until soft. Fold in chocolate chips, peanuts, then carefully add peanut butter cups. Drop in 2 tablespoons clumps on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until just browned. |
