OAT-PEANUT COOKIES 
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. milk
1 well-beaten egg
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Cream honey and peanut butter; add milk and egg; mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Pat into greased 10-inch square baking pan, about 1/2 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cut into cookie bars.
