MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
2 med. cucumbers, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 lg. tomatoes, quartered

SAUCE:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Toss vegetables in bowl. Mix sauce and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight or at least 8 hours before serving. Stir well before serving.
