MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. can French-style green beans
1 can white "shoe peg" corn
1 lg. can LeSeur peas
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Put beans, corn, and peas in strainer and drain well. In pan, bring to boil the oil, sugar, vinegar, water, salt, and pepper. Mix all in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
