MINT BROWNIES 
1 box brownie mix
1 c. chocolate chips

MINT LAYER:

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
3 drops mint food coloring

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Make browning according to directions on package but adding 1 cup chocolate chips.

In small mixer bowl, combined confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup butter, water, mint extract and food coloring. Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled brownies.

In small microwave bowl, melt 6 tablespoon butter and 1 cup chocolate chips, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Spread over mint cream layer. Let top layer firm up in refrigerator before cutting into small squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
