STUFFED PEPPER RING 
4 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 c. tomato sauce
Sour cream

Cut tops off peppers, scoop out seeds and ribs. Mix chuck and next 6 ingredients. Pack meat mixture into peppers. Chill 1-2 hours. Cut stuffed peppers crosswise into 1 inch slices. Arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. combine tomato sauce, thyme and oregano, pour over pepper rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Spoon glob sour cream onto each ring. Bake 10 minutes longer.
