PEPPER STEAK 
1 round steak, cut in 1/2 in. strips
2 tbsp. fat
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 bell peppers, sliced in thin rings
1 can (3 to 4 oz.) sliced mushrooms

Brown meat in hot fat in large skillet. Remove meat and pour off extra fat. Stir in flour, ketchup, water, soy sauce, bouillon cube and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add meat, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and juice. Simmer until meat is tender (30 to 40 minutes). Serve over rice or noodles.
