CORN BREAD FROM MAINE 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together only enough to moisten. Bake in quiche pan or cupcakes at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Needs watching.
