GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer cookies (1 stack Oreos), crumbled
1/4 c. butter, melted
25 large marshmallows
2/3 c. cream
4 tbsp. green creme de menthe
4 tbsp. white cream de cacao
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Crumb Crust: Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs and butter; press evenly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling.

Filling: Combine marshmallows and 2/3 cup cream; heat until marshmallows have melted. Cool; fold in liquors and whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze until firm.

Makes 1 serving.

Note: This recipe can easily be doubled and prepared in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
