BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cubes
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
Noodles or rice (precooked, ready to serve)

Brown beef. Drain and season to taste. Add all other ingredients. Stir well to blend. Add 1 soup can of water. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
