CHICKEN MARINADE 
3 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dried mustard
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
A lot of soy sauce (1 cup?)
1 tsp. garlic, chopped

Blend all ingredients and it should be enough for about 12 chicken cutlets. You may vary amounts of soy sauce and garlic according to your taste. Leave in marinade overnight or as many hours as you can before cooking for best results. You may brush on cutlets while cooking. Best on grill for barbecue, but can be smoky during cooking.
