CHICKEN DIVAN 
8 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2-3 lbs. fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
Paprika

Simmer chicken in lightly salted water to cover for 25 minutes or just until cooked through. Skin and bone cooked chicken. Cook broccoli and drain.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Over medium heat, melt butter in stainless steel, glass or enamel saucepan. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring until thickened. Reduce heat.

Stir in 1 cup of cheese, until melted. Empty sour cream into bowl. Gradually add cheese sauce, stirring constantly. Add salt to taste.

Put cooked broccoli in a 13x9 pan. Top with chicken halves. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.
