CORNMEAL YEAST BREAD 
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 c. boiling water

Stir until thick.

2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. molasses

When lukewarm add 1 package yeast which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water. Add 1 tablespoon salt and 6 cups flour. Stir and then knead well. Allow to rise. Punch down and shape into buns or rolls. Allow to rise again and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Delicious, simple, easy to do. I tweaked it a tad by adding a cup of dried cranberries, using 1 1/2 packs of dry active yeast,cutting back on the salt somewhat and used Brer Rabbit's Green Label Molasses. I will definitely make this over and over again.
