TORTILLA STACKED CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 Lawry spaghetti mix
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Brown meat until crumbly. Drain off fat. Add next 6 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.

8 corn tortillas
2 eggs
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Beat 2 eggs and add ricotta cheese. With spatula spread tortilla with egg and cheese mixture. Take 1/2 cup of sauce and put on bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Take 2 of the tortillas and lay side by side. Then add 1/3 cup of spaghetti mixture and grated Monterey Jack cheese. Continue stacking tortillas and filling sauce in between. Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.
