CHICKEN TORTILLAS CASSEROLE 
12 tortillas, cut in strips
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 med. onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cheese, grated
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes

Arrange tortillas, chicken and cheese in layers, in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix other ingredients an pour over ingredients in casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
