FRUIT SALAD 
Lettuce
2 c. cottage cheese
1 apple, sliced
Lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped nuts
6 thin cantaloupe slices
6 thin honeydew melon slices
6 fresh peach slices
1/2 c. watermelon balls
1/2 c. grapes
1/2 c. dark sweet cherries
1/2 c. strawberries
Maple syrup

Arrange lettuce in shallow serving dish. Place 3 mounds of cottage cheese on lettuce. Dip apples in lemon juice; coat with nuts. Arrange fruit around cottage cheese. Serve with maple syrup.
