ROLL JELLY CAKE 
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 can jelly, jam or fresh fruit of your choice
Fruit sauce, optional

Blend all ingredients. Roll into layer and bake at 350-375 degrees until light golden brown. Spread with jelly, jam or crushed fruit and roll. Slice and serve with whipped cream or fruit sauce.
