LUNCHEON MEAT 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. water
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tbsp. Tender Quick
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Mix well and form into 3 rolls. Put into aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on rack in pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
