BROCCOLI WITH CHOWDER SAUCE 
2 lb. fresh broccoli or 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can New England clam chowder, undiluted
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water just until tender. Drain well. Arrange broccoli in a buttered 13"x9"x2" baking dish and set aside.
