MIRACLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored Jello
1 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can chilled Milnot, whipped
2 pkg. of 9 oz. graham cracker box, crushed
3/4 c. butter, melted

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice. Cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add Jello mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped Milnot into Jello mixture.

Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and add melted butter into 3/4 of them. Firmly pack them in bottom of 9x13x2 inch Pyrex dish. Add filling and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top of the mixture. Chill several hours. Cut into squares and serve, approximately 12 to 15 servings.
