BROCCOLI - BACON SALAD 
2 lg. bunches raw broccoli (about 4 stalks each)

Use the flower heads only. Slice into bite-size pieces.

1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. sugar

Pour salad dressing over broccoli, pecans, bacon pieces and raisins. Let chill overnight.
