TEXAS POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream
1 can creamed chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together and use 9"x13" ungreased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Reserve small amount of cheese and sprinkle over top last 10 minutes of cooking time.
