EVERLASTING COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 carrot, diced
2 sm. onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut all of these fine and mix well. Store, covered, in the refrigerator and use as needed. Put in glass jar and cover.
