CHEESE HASHBROWNS 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper

Mix together. Top with extra cheese and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
