WHITE VELVET CUT OUT COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add sugar and egg yolks, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill 1 hour. Roll out on lightly floured board or linen tea towel. Do not roll too thin. Place on greased cookie sheet; bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
