1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar

Mix 2 ingredients together. Add large tub of Cool Whip and mix again. 2 lg. or 3 sm. bananas, sliced 1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix all together and pour in 9 x 12 inch baking dish and freeze. Serve directly from the freezer.
