WEAK FISH DELIGHT 
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. butter
4 weak fish fillets
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. potato flakes

In a large pan, lightly saute garlic in butter over low heat. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper. Dip fillets in eggs. Roll in potato flakes. Fry until good and brown, about 15 minutes.
