FISH HASH 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. flaked cooked fish
2 1/2 c. diced, boiled potatoes
1/3 c. cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients and place in skillet; fry slowly until well heated and slightly browned; about 10 minutes. Serve with parsley.
