BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef tenderloin, sliced 1/4 inch thick
6 oz. sliced mushrooms (about 2 c.)
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 can condensed beef broth
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Cut meat in strips or pieces about 1/4 inch wide; dredge in flour and brown slowly in butter; push aside and brown onions. Add mushrooms and consomme (broth). Simmer slowly until tender. Blend sour cream with flour and pour into broth. Stir until mixture thickens. Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
