FAST BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 sm. minced clove garlic
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. dairy sour cream
4 c. cooked noodles
2 tbsp. catsup
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Cut meat into 1 1/2 x 1/2 inch strips. Wash, trim, slice and drain mushrooms. In large frying pan cook mushrooms and onions in butter until onion is tender. Remove from frying pan.

In the same pan brown meat lightly on both sides. Save 1/3 cup of broth. Stir remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt into frying pan. Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl blend flour and remaining broth. Stir in frying pan. Add mushrooms and onions. Boil 2 minutes, stir constantly. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot noodles.
