CRAWFISH CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked rice 2 lb. crawfish tails 1 onion 1/4 c. green pepper 2 cloves garlic 1/2 can tomatoes 1 c. water 2 tbsp. oil Wither onion, pepper, garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and crawfish tails. Cook about 1/2 hour. Add rice, mix well. |
