TASTY TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco mix
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat, drain, add sauce and mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Unroll dough and press into 12" pizza pan. Prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cover crust with meat, top with cheese, spread. Continue baking until cheese begins to melt. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with sour cream. 4 to 6 servings.
