HERSHEY'S DISAPPEARING CAKE 
1/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk

Generously grease and flour 2 round 9 inch cake pans. Cream butter, Crisco, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Blend in eggs.

In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add alternately with milk to batter. Beat well and pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool 10-15 minutes in pan.
