DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in saucepan (or microwave in bowl). Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts. Turn into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost immediately and cool slightly before cutting.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 lb. (approximately 2 c.) powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a full boil. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and beat until thick. Add vanilla and nuts. Immediately after removing brownies from oven, cover with frosting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
