CHICKEN SUPREME 
DRESSING:

1 twin pack Stove Top dressing, chicken flavor
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. water

CHICKEN:

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

DRESSING: Combine all dressing ingredients and place half of mixture in a greased 11 x 17 inch baking pan.

CHICKEN: Mix chicken, onion, celery, Miracle Whip and salt. Spoon over dressing. Top with remaining dressing. Beat eggs and milk and pour over dressing. Refrigerate overnight.

TOPPING: One hour before serving, dilute soup with water and pour over dressing. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and top with 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese; bake additional 10 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.

NOTE: This casserole will not fit in 9 x 13 inch pan. It can be divided and baked in two 8 x 10 inch dishes. This can be frozen after the eggs and milk have been poured over stuffing. Do not add topping until ready to bake.
