SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Mix flour and baking soda and set aside. Use mixer, blend butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla and almond extract. Add flour mixture and mix until smooth. Pour into Angel Food or Bundt pan that is greased and floured. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Needs no frosting but a glaze is nice.

GLAZE: 1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
A little warm water
