MOM'S CREAM FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1 c. cream
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 5 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Remove cover and cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and set pan in cold water.

Add butter and vanilla; let mixture cool to 110 degrees. Beat by hand until it looses glass and holds shape. Pour into buttered pan.
