1 lb. brown sugar
2 c. Bisquick
6 oz. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 c. nuts

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done. Do not overbake.
