CHICKEN TAHITIAN 
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (save 3/4 c. liquid)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6-8 pieces chicken

Melt butter, add soup, cornstarch, juices - pour over chicken and pineapple chunks. Bake 1 hour.
