TUNA FISH CASSEROLE 
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. water
1 c. uncooked noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 c. canned tuna fish, drained and flaked
1/2 c. cooked peas
1/2 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1/2 grated cheese

Add 1 teaspoon salt to water, and bring to rapid, rolling boil. Add noodles gradually so water does not stop boiling. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, for 10 minutes, or until fairly tender. Drain in colander. Melt butter in skillet over low heat, add onion, and cook until brown. Add soup, milk, tuna fish, peas, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and noodles. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven (350 degree) for 25 minutes. Serve hot in dish in which it was baked.
