YOGURT DRESSING 
Makes 2/3 cup. Serves 10; 1 tablespoon per serving.

2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. acceptable vegetable oil
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process on medium speed for 5 seconds. Cover and refrigerate.
