NEVER-FAIL PIE CRUST | |
4 c. flour 1 3/4 c. shortening 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 egg beaten with 1/2 c. water Cream shortening, vinegar, sugar, salt and egg mixture. Add flour. Mix well. Mold into 4 balls. Refrigerate 15 minutes prior to rolling. Can be frozen for later use. |
