2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Melt chocolate and butter, then stir in milk and sugar. Cook over low heat until thickened. Stir now and then if you feel like it! Add vanilla.
