SPICY CAJUN SAUSAGE AND BEANS 
1/2 lb. cajun style or hot Italian sausage, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Del Monte cajun style stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Season to taste with salt & pepper

In skillet, cook meat, onion and garlic until onion is tender (drained). Add tomatoes and chili powder. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until desired consistency. 4 to 6 servings.
