POTATO FUDGE CANDY 
1 potato
2 c. coconut
2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 tsp. vanilla
More sugar if necessary to make a dough stiff enough to handle

Cook potato in boiling water until done. Mash well to make 1/2 cup. Add rest of ingredients while potato is still hot. Pack solidly in 7 inch pan lined with wax paper. Spread the top with one layer of melted chocolate bar (i.e. Hershey's sweet chocolate bar). Let stand several hours until firm. Turn pan over so chocolate is on bottom, and cut into squares.
