SPINACH QUICHE 
Cook 1 package of frozen spinach according to package directions and drain well. Shred 1 cup cheddar cheese and mix with the drained spinach. Place mixture in 1 prebaked deep dish pie shell.

In separate bowl mix 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour with salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup milk and mix together. Pour over spinach-cheese mixture in pie shell. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Quiche is done when knife blade comes out clean.
