SHORTCUT LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 envs. spaghetti sauce mix
2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Brown meat in pan. Drain fat. Add whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix, and V-8 juice. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of oiled pan with thin layer of sauce. Add layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, and Mozzarella. Repeat layers and end with meat sauce on top. Cover tightly with foil. Place in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
