HEARTY VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
2 round steaks, cut into pieces
1/2 head cabbage
2 qts. water
2 cans Veg-All
2 cans sliced carrots
2 cans new potatoes, cut if too lg.
1 can Rotel tomatoes (or 2 if you want it spicy)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 c. seasoning mix
Diced onions, shallots, celery, bell pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil meat and cabbage in water. Cook until tender, skimming off foam. Add all other vegetables. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
